Senior Keep Fit

These classes are designed to get the best cardiovascular benefit for the lowest amount of impact on the joints. Exercises include mix aerobic exercises with weight bearing exercises in a circuit. You can pick your level of intensity.

The seated class can be for those who find it hard to stand for a full hour. The class involves mainly seated exercises.

These circuit style sessions are 40 mins long. To be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home. The workouts are a mixture of cardiovascular exercise. There are different intensity options to choose from including standing seated and weighted exercises.
